Alyson Gibson and Dr. Laura Fox have received the Magellan
Scholar Fellowship Award for their project titled, " Physical
Compatibility of Various Concentrated Intravenous Drugs with
Neonatal Total Parenteral Nutrition Solution". Alyson and Dr.
Fox have received funding to support this project. This research
may have practical applications in the management of neonates.
Christie Coggins and Dr. Laura Fox have been selected as
one of the 35 scholarship recipient pairs for the 2006 Wal-Mart
Annual Conference Scholarship Program. The goal of this program
is to strengthen recipient' skills and commitment to a career in
academic pharmacy through participation in programs at the 2006
American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy Annual Meeting in
San Diego, California.
