The Department of Pharmaceutical and Health Outcomes Sciences offers programs of study leading to the M.S. and Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences with an emphasis on Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research. The Department is comprised of five research-based faculty and an on-going graduate enrollment of approximately eight students.

Financial support and tuition reduction are available for qualified students. Strong relationships with the School of Business, School of Public Health, SC Cancer Center, and SC Department of Health and Human Services provide significant research opportunities. The Program has graduated 28 Ph.D. and 11 Masters students who have taken positions of influence in the pharmaceutical industry, academia, consulting firms and professional practice.
